Privacy policy

Data controller

The data controller is DOMY TWOICH MARZEŃ sp. z o.o., NIP 5223376779, REGON 545082846, KRS 0001249592 (District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register), share capital 5000 zł, Plac Czerwca 1976 Roku 7 lok. 57, 02-495 Warsaw. Personal data matters are handled by Cezary Szewczak, Management Board member: telephone or WhatsApp 602 600 601.

What data we collect

From the form we collect: your email address and, optionally, your first name, specialisation, topics, languages, frequency, names of public profiles, and the date and version of your consent. Please do not enter any patient data. To limit the number of free reports per IP address, we store an irreversible hash of the address rather than the address itself.

Purpose and legal basis

  • Preparing a trial report at your request: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (RODO).
  • Email contact regarding the report and offer: your consent, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (RODO) and art. 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.
  • Proof of consent and protection against claims: our legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (RODO).

Survey for accountants

We collect your role, team size, types of clients (without names or NIP numbers), selected sources, answers and your rating of the report. We use them to design the service and compile the report, on the basis of our legitimate interest, art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f of the GDPR (RODO). Your email address, if you provide it, is used to contact you on the basis of your consent, art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a of the GDPR. We delete this data after 12 months at the latest. You have the right to object.

Questionnaires for physicians

In the surveys we collect the sources you tick, your answers and links, and in the survey for facilities also the facility name and the role of the person completing it. We use this data to design the service, based on our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your email address, if you provide it, is used to send a sample report at your request and to ask for your feedback on it, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and in the survey for facilities also to contact you on the basis of your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We delete this data after 12 months at the latest. You have the right to object.

PRO survey for physicians

In the PRO version, we collect a professional profile: your specialisation, way of working, areas and priorities, the types of information you want more or less of, the keywords you enter for ongoing monitoring, geographic scope, and the length, language and frequency of your report. We use it to prepare the report at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to develop the service on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Please do not enter patient data in keywords. The keywords you enter may be passed, without your email address, to providers of search and AI-based analysis services. We keep your profile for up to 12 months after your last contact or, if your account is active, until it is deleted. To check the quality of our selection, we also keep the materials retrieved for the report, together with their assessment, for 90 days. These are public publications and posts, which may contain the account names of their authors. The basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and the author may object. You can ask for your profile to be changed or deleted by phone or via WhatsApp: 602 600 601.

Account

If you create an account, we store your email address, a hash of your password (not the password itself), your chosen form of address, your settings, the sources and keywords you follow, and your reports. The legal basis is the contract for the provision of the service, Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (RODO). You may request deletion of your account.

How long we keep data

Until you withdraw your consent, or for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact. We may keep proof of consent for longer, for the limitation period of any potential claims.

Who we share data with

  • To hosting and server providers: OVHcloud (website, accounts and reports) and mikr.us (storing responses and connecting to external services).
  • Email providers, when we reply to a submission.
  • Telegram: the notification about a new submission contains only the specialty and frequency, without the email address.
  • To providers of search services, retrieval of public social media content, and AI-based analysis and translation, when a report is being created: specialty, topics, and the names of selected sources and profiles, and, for services for medical facilities, also the specified names of facilities, brands or individuals, without the email address. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. We will provide the names of the providers on request.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to object where processing is based on legitimate interest. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych). Providing data is voluntary. The report on the website does not require an email address. An address is needed only to create an account or to contact you if you request it.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses only essential cookies: for logging in to your account, returning to your report, and remembering that today's free report has already been downloaded. We do not use analytics tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server. The server may record standard technical logs, including IP addresses, for security purposes.

Profiling

We arrange the report according to your scope. In the PRO version, an IT system using AI assesses materials against your profile and selects those that we show. This concerns only the selection of content: we do not automatically make decisions that produce legal effects concerning you.
